Since 2015 The Subsidiary has been certified for its environmental management system under the requirements of ISO 14001, the scope of which is the “generation of electricity using field gas with a high percentage of carbon dioxide as fuel”. Said certification also includes the “medium voltage electric power transmission to the National Interconnected System”. Continuing with our commitment to the environment, in 2018 we obtained recertification according to the ISO 14001:2015 version, promoting environmental protection in balance with socioeconomic aspects. Likewise, during February 2021 the follow-up audit was carried out successfully.

Compliance with this certification allows us to optimize our environmental management, minimizing the negative environmental impacts derived from the activity, with the firm conviction of advancing in our continuous improvement process.
