CGC holds a significant and strategic interest in natural gas midstream assets. TGN is a leading regional gas pipeline operator, recognized for its solid industry expertise and its highly qualified team of professionals. The natural gas transportation system it operates and maintains comprises two main pipelines\u2014the Northern Pipeline and the Central-Western Pipeline\u2014as well as third-party pipelines. The system spans over 11,000 km across 17 provinces and includes 22 compressor stations with a total installed capacity exceeding 390,000 HP.<\/p>


Its wide geographic reach and strategic positioning connect it to the Neuqu\u00e9n and Northwestern basins in Argentina, as well as to Bolivia\u2019s hydrocarbon basins. This makes TGN the only operator linking Argentina\u2019s gas transportation network with those of Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, and Uruguay, positioning it as a pioneer in the natural gas export business.

With a transportation capacity of 62 million cubic meters per day, TGN supplies 8 out of the country\u2019s 9 natural gas distribution companies, as well as power generation plants and industries directly.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The GasAndes pipeline connects La Mora in Mendoza, Argentina, to Santiago, Chile. It spans 533 km and has a transportation capacity of 10.8 million cubic meters per day. CGC is a joint controlling shareholder of GasAndes, alongside Aprovisionadora Global de Energ\u00eda S.A., holding a 43.5% equity interest.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

TGM operates a 421-km gas pipeline that transports natural gas from Aldea Brasileira in Entre R\u00edos, Argentina, to Uruguaiana in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The pipeline has a transportation capacity of 15 million cubic meters per day.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
