Board Members
The company’s management is entrusted to a team currently composed of nine regular directors and six alternate directors. Shareholders attending our meetings have the authority to set the number of board members, which must range between five and eleven for regular directors, and no more than six for alternate directors. Each director is elected by a majority vote of the shareholders present at the meetings for a two-year term and may be re-elected for successive periods.
The term of office for each board member expires on the date of our annual shareholders’ meeting, which is responsible for approving the financial statements for the preceding fiscal year.
