CGC is a co-controlling partner in TGN (the second largest gas transport infrastructure asset in Argentina, connecting with Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, Brazil and a LNG regasification plant in Argentina) and Gas Andes (a pipeline network connected with Chile).<\/p>

We indirectly hold a relevant and strategic participation on natural gas Midstream assets, which consists of a 28% interest in TGN, a 43.50% interest in each of GasAndes Argentina and GasAndes Chile, and a 15.77% interest in TGM.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

TGN is one of the two main natural gas transportation companies operating in Argentina, supplying natural gas to the north and central regions of Argentina. The TGN pipeline network is comprised of the Northern and Mid-West pipelines and has a total length of approximately 6,800 km and a delivery capacity of approximately 60 MMm3\/d.\u00a0<\/p>

The total length of the Northern pipeline, which begins in Campo Dur\u00e1n (Salta) up to San Jer\u00f3nimo Plant (Santa Fe),\u00a0is 4,550 km. It includes trunk pipelines and loops with 12 compressor stations, and has an aggregate of 204,620 hp of installed compression capacity.\u00a0The total transportation capacity of the Northern pipeline is 28.0 MMm3\/d.\u00a0<\/p>

The total length of the Mid-West pipeline, which begins in Loma de la Lata field (Neuquen) up to San Jer\u00f3nimo Plant, is 2,256 km. It includes branch lines and loops with eight compressor stations, and has an aggregate of 171,000 hp of installed compression capacity. The Mid-West pipeline\u2019s transportation capacity is 32 MMm3\/d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

TGN\u2019s operating license expires in 2027 and is extendable for an additional 10-year period, subject to review and approval by the Argentine government.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Gasoducto GasAndes (Argentina) S.A. & Gasoducto GasAndes Chile S.A. <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t

GasAndes Argentina operates the Argentine section of the GasAndes pipeline, while Gasoducto GasAndes Chile operates the Chilean section of the GasAndes pipeline. GasAndes Argentina and GasAndes Chile\u2019s principal shareholder is Aprovisionadora Global de Energ\u00eda S.A., which holds a 47.10% interest in each entity. We directly hold a 43.50% interest in in each of GasAndes Argentina and GasAndes Chile.\u00a0AES Gener S.A. holds the remaining 13.0% in each of GasAndes Argentina and GasAndes Chile.<\/p>

The pipeline unites the block of La Mora (Mendoza, Argentina) with the city of Santiago (Chile), has a total length of approximately 533 km, and a transport capacity of 10.8 MMm3\/d. GasAndes Argentina\u2019s operating license expires in 2027 and is extendable for an additional 10-year period, subject to review and approval by the Argentine government. GasAndes Chile\u2019s operating license was granted for an indefinite term.<\/p>

Pursuant to technical assistance agreements between GasAndes Argentina and us in September 2014, and between GasAndes Chile and Andes Operaciones y Servicios S.A. in August 2014, we operate the Argentine section of the GasAndes pipeline, while Andes Operaciones y Servicios S.A. operates the Chilean sector.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

TGM operates the pipeline transporting natural gas from Aldea Brasileira (Entre R\u00edos, Argentina) to Uruguaiana (R\u00edo Grande do Sul, Brazil). The pipeline has a total length of approximately 421 km and a transport capacity of 15.0 MMm3\/d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
